T206 Piedmont 150 Doc White Chicago Portrait PSA 3 - Chicago Common

Produced between 1909 and 1911, the T206 series stands as the defining tobacco-era baseball set and one of the most important releases in the history of the hobby. These colorful lithographs were inserted into cigarette packs and captured the players of baseball’s competitive Deadball Era.

Doc White was a standout left-handed pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, earning a reputation as one of the more effective starters of his time. Known as the “Georgia Peach,” he was a dependable arm during the early 1900s and contributed to several strong Chicago clubs.

This example features the portrait variation with the Piedmont 150 advertising reverse and carries a PSA VG 3 grade, showing moderate wear while remaining well-preserved for a century-old tobacco card.
