1909-11 T206 Piedmont 350 Ossee Schreck Schreckengost PSA VG 3
T206 Piedmont 350 Ossee Schreckengost PSA 3 - Athletics Powerhouse
From the celebrated T206 tobacco card issue (1909–1911), one of the hobby’s most historic and widely collected pre-war releases. Produced during the American Tobacco Company’s massive run of cigarette inserts, these cards chronicle players from baseball’s rugged Deadball Era.
Ossee Schreckengost, often simply called “Schreck,” was a durable catcher best remembered for his years with the Philadelphia Athletics during Connie Mack’s early powerhouse clubs. Known for his toughness behind the plate, he was part of several strong Athletics teams in the early 1900s.
This example carries the Piedmont 350 advertising reverse and is graded PSA VG 3, showing moderate wear consistent with a tobacco card that has survived for more than a century.
